Want a refund on your Füm order?
At FÜM, we value your honest feedback and want to make your experience as smooth as possible. Our Review and Refund Program allows you to try our products at a reduced cost. Here’s how it works:
After you receive and try out your new FÜM, create a short video—at least 30 seconds—sharing your genuine experience and thoughts!
Share your video on your preferred social media platform, like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube, to help others learn about FÜM.
Email us the link to your video post along with your order number to support@breathefum.com and once we confirm it meets the criteria, we will issue a 50% refund (up to $100). Please review the criteria below. 👇
Once we verify your video post—within at least 7 business days—we will process a 50% refund of your purchase, up to $100 USD!
- Qualifying platforms: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Must be in ENGLISH
- You can only submit a video up to 90 days after the order you want refunded.
- Your video MUST be publicly available for 7 consecutive days from the time we confirm we have seen the video. We will review the video everyday for 7 days to confirm it is still publicly live.
- Maximum of 1 participation per customer
- Video must be publicly available
- Audio must be clear (not muffled or muted)
- The social account of where you post the video must be at least 6 months old
- Video Must Get At Least 200 impressions/views
- IT must be a video of YOU created after your order that will be refunded - if we suspect you are trying to use someone else's video, or rig the system in any way, we hold the right to immediately disqualify you from participating in the Review & Refund program at our own discretion.
